'No Maps Found' on the VIA 135 device
there is no Map Update in MyDrive Connect
only "Your device is fully updated" although on the device screen is the message "No Maps Can Be Found" inside red frame
I tried all the suggestions :
- deleting the log
- Hard reset to the Tomtom
- deleting folder HOME3
- Installing MyDrive Connect on different PC
Is there something more that I can do?

According the link you sent me I have case 2.
That means that I have to contact the support center in order to delete the Map and the Map Certificate and then I'll be able to see and install the updated version of the map from the MDC .
I'm still looking for the best way to contact the support center but seems that it is not an easy task. All the "contact" links are dead.
Do you have any idea? I'm from Germany
