My GO5200 no longer turns on!

Today I turned on my GO5200 and suddenly it shut down and never started again even putting it on charge. What may have happened?

    Hi,

    We can test something:

    Could you please just charge your device for 2 hours on a computer or electric plug, then push and hold the power button until you heard the drums ( it can take more than 1 minute).

    Thanks Jim, solved, only when it rebooted it gave me "no maps installed", but I solved everything, thanks again.
