The new map is not downloading

I try update the latest map version, that was realesed in august and still can not do it. I try to do it for five days already but have the same message: something like jam connection. Never seen such a message before. Is it all because of 2 month free cameras. Every one started to downlod and now we've got a download jam? Is it by this reason?

    Yes, it is busy server message iif I correctly translated it from finnish :)
