since the last update of my apple computer to Mac OS BIG SUR my TOMTOM watch doesn't connect with the computer anymore. When i connect the cable, the battery starts uploading, but it doesn't connect to put my activities on my account.

Is there any damage to the pins in the charger or the contacts on the watch? If any of the pins are bent or deformed straighten them out with a pin and make sure the contacts on the back of the watch are free of tarnish or grime. Also make sure it is fully snapped into the cradle.

could you check if the 4 pins on the cable dock are on the same level?
