Sincs the latest update my Traffic Info and Speed warnings have a "x" and my GPRS-status says "No connection". It seems that there are a lot of other users facing this problem recently. What has happened at TomTom? With Wifi or Bluetooth connected to my mobile phone the Information is allright and activated. The helpdesk says that I need to let my SIM repair, at a cost of roughly €100, for my 3-year-ols device.
Is there a general problem in the software for the Go 5200? Will this be fixed shortly? Or is it just an attempt to let me buy a new device?
Does anyone know?

Welcome to the site....
There's an unresolved problem with the Apple iPhone iOS 13 & 14 and the and the MyDrive App's advanced Smartphone features... The problem is under investigation by Tomtom....
If you can live without the bells & whistles of the MyDrive App...
Just use a straight simple Bluetooth Connection....

Have you tried a Soft Reset
https://discussions.tomtom.com/en/discussion/1034215/how-to-reset-your-navigation-device/p1?new=1
If that does not do it then a Factory Reset. A chore but worth a try however log into your account on the My Drive Website to make sure your My Places etc are saved there and so will be restored to the unit after the Reset.
Tap Menu
Tap Settings
Tap System
Tap Reset Device.
You will have to set the unit up again as you did out of the box.
