Hi
Has anyone else had the same problem as me, I bought a Tomtom Via 260 with lifetime free maps in 2013 and recently started getting bills to update my Maps, and now I am unable to even connect to My drive, either through the Computer or iphone, and the Company that I bought the device from say it's not their problem and there is nobody from Tomtom to call regarding my problem.
