Go 6250- Traffic service

I have purchased Go Pro 6250 around a year ago. The seller had told me and it is still stated on the site where I bought it from that my navigation comes with a lifetime Traffic updates. The service, however, seems to have stopped working. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if I should update my navigation somehow else?

Hopefully @lampard can check your units settings on the TT servers and adjust if required. Look back here tomorrow to see what he says.
