A Go610 has no Sim(GPRS). Maybe a Go6100??
If it is not used for more than 18 months, the Sim may have been deactivated.

Ah ok.
Unfortunately it can often be read that the GPRS does not work.
Please note that GPRS is deactivated in the WIFI area, because WIFI has priority over GPRS
If the GPRS is also disconnected outside the Wifi range, contact the support to reactivate the sim.
Here @YamFazMan has described very well how to contact the support:

For some Users it already helped to take the sim out of the device, clean it and put it back in. The sim is located under the sticker with the serial number in the bottom center of the device.
But please do this only if the support cannot help and the device is out of warranty, because then the warranty expires0 -
@Lochfrass thats helps alot but the nav is not connected to the wifi. i will test if it works outside the wifi0

Hi
@Munib
Are you by any chance using the MyDrive App and iPhone running iOS 13 or above ???
Be Aware....
On the Live Devices (Built-in GPRS SIM)....
If you turn Data for Traffic & other services 'ON'.....
The Bluetooth/Phone Connection can take priority over the Live GPRS SIM
For the GO Premium Data Connection GPRS SIM...
I use.... Data for Traffic & other services....
Turned 'OFF'
