The new Citroën 2020 has maps of Europe only. I live in Israel. How can you buy a map of Israel?

I was on this site, it belongs to another manufacturer of navigation programs whose products were previously used by Citroen.
In my car installed version of program 21.08.22.32_NAC-r0
with Europe map version CI-TT-PSA.P3CNS.U-MAP.EUR.TTC-14.0.0
Is the format of the supplied maps universal for all versions of TomTom programs ?0 -
It may be possible to get a demo version of the map to test it. I will be glad to buy if everything works. In fact, the problem is not only with me but also on many other cars of the PSA.
