TomTom Go will not transfer from the computer to my device.

in Devices using TomTom HOME
Had my tomtom go for about 5 years is it too old to transfer, has a block been installed so that this happens. very frustrated at this, need some help.

    Could you explain a little more what the problem is you are having? Also which model TT unit is involved.
