I’ve had Tomtom Europe app for many years and have not updated to Tomtom Go yet as I was advised a few years back not to as it wasn’t running smoothly etc. Anyway, today I thought I’d try the new updated version and get my 3 years free subscription, and after I updated the app, I tried to migrate to Go via the in app shop/purchase system but all I kept getting was an error message (see attachment).
Can anyone help please?

Welcome to the Community! We removed the old TomTom Navigation from the AppStore. The first generation app you’re referring to, we are no longer able to support and no longer offer updates for. It was replaced by GO Mobile App and now it's in the 3rd generation, i.e. Go Navigation App.
If you wish to use the new Go Navigation App, please get in touch with our support and see if they can help you with this one. You can either start a live chat or send them an email.
