Where can I find a compatible map for my Renault Clio?

The SD card which had my TomTom UK and Ireland map seems to have been corrupted. The device would not read the card and plugging the SD card on a laptop would not work either. Where can i download a compatible map for my car from? Would it work if i put it on a generic SD card?
