Start 25 can't receive Traffic data by RDS-TMC combined charger
Start 20 can receive Traffic, the TMC cable pick radio station immediately, but Start 25 can not, "spinning circle" and keeps "looking for radio station".
I thought it might be cable faulty? So, I tried these combination:
- Start 20 cable + Start 25 Device.
- Start 25 cable + Start 20 Device.
Only Start 20 cable + Start 20 Device works well.
I have done factory reset and 20 seconds recover already, it doesn't help.
It is really weird. At least, I can confirmed Start 20 cable and Start 20 Device are functional,
But, why "Start 20 cable + Start 25 Device" doesn't work ?

Our team has pushed the repair jobs in the backend. Please connect the device to MyDrive Connect and check for updates.
You will see a spinning circle while the updates get installed in the background and the device might reboot during the process.
Once done, disconnect the device and perform a soft reset as shown in the video below-
Test it with the RDS-TMC receiver next time you travel

But, Start 25 still doesn't work.
In MyConnect, everything is up to date.
I've done 20 seconds, and do a device restore as well. My Start25 is up to date.

Have you tried a Soft/Drum roll restart on the device ??? This restarts the devices Operating System afresh

Charge the device for at least 2Hrs….
(Preferably Mains powered something like a Smartphone Charger using the Tomtom USB lead)
OR have the device plugged into a power supply while the device is restarting
Press and hold the on/off button until you hear a drum-roll sound then release the on/off button.
You won’t lose anything; it’s just like rebooting your PC
I use a Soft/drum-roll start after any upgrade large or small.
It’s also useful to keep in mind for sorting out most minor niggles....

I need to check with my team if the RDS-TMC package on your Start 25 device is corrupted and if it can be repaired by installing a fix remotely. I cannot promise this will work but I can surely try.
