My new 6 in premium X is changing destination and crashed 3 times

I've only had the satnav 3 days and experience on a 120 journey it changed destination and told my to turn around. The voice communication stopped responding. I powered off and on ok the rest of the journey. While I was using it to learn more it crashed restarted its self

    Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> Route planning... Have you set 'Route Planning' to 'Always take the fastest route' ???

    Do have you multiple devices registered to the same account and several devices in use at the same time....

    Do you mean Voice Control or the Spoken Driving instructions ???
