Can't Download TomTom Connect On PC

I use the watch and app on my phone daily, but it needs updating and I am trying to download the TomTom Connect app on PC. It takes me to the donwload page and immediately redirects to this discussion forum. Tried it on PC and laptop...what is wrong with the download page???
