TOMTOM LIFETIME MAPS ARE NOT LIFETIME

Why are Tomtom even still trading? We bought a satnav 18 months ago with lifetime maps and cannot update. We are now writing to the UK Trading Standards to make a complaint. We have also emailed their CEO at [email protected]

Maybe if everyone who has been scammed by this company did the same, they may start to trade fairly

    Hi @counsellors

    If you had come here first we could have asked one of the Mods to check the settings for your device on the TT servers and sort them out if necessary. Interestingly Tomtom are still honouring Lifetime Map updates on Old units that have been declared obsolete.

    Maybe @VikramK can look at them. Look back here later.
