VIA 52 changed to GO 50 after update

I have a GO 50 and now a VIA 52. The software for the VIA 52 updated and now things it's a GO 50. Now I can't update it with my new Speed camera subscription. How can I fix this.

I see both devices linked to your account - GO 50 serial number starting 'VH' and VIA 52 serial number starting 'ES'.
And both have active subscriptions for speed camera services..

My Via52 (via Settings>System>About) now has the serial number starting VH5145F0**** while the box has the serial number ES4449I0**** (I am not sure if the serial numbers are sensitive) and MyDrive Connect recognizes it as a GO 50. Also I seem to have got confused and purchased two speed camera updates when I only meant to buy 1 (for the VIA 52). I am not using the old GO 50 because the screen started having funny colours.0

You will have to contact Tomtom Support to get a refund on the extra Speed cam purchase....
