Update Maps - Error 9000000

Hello, I'm having trouble updating my GPS map, the car in question is the JEEP Renegade 2015/16. The vehicle uses Uconnect. The version of TOMTOM is: app 11.815.1820851.107 (4228, 6-2-2015) the map is: v926.5492, 2014 language Brazilian Portuguese.
When I try to download the map the error occurs:
Navigation updates.
An error occurred during the preparation procedure.
Insert a different USB device.
Error: 9000000
And it informs: The preparation of the USB device has been canceled.
Try again.
It was done the procedure to insert the pendrive in Fat32 and extFat format, however no format downloaded the map, I made it with two different pendrives, like 16GB and 32GB respectively and do not download the map so that it can be downloaded on the computer.
How should I proceed to perform this update.

Welcome to the community! Sound like a device is having some issues with preparing the USB stick to do a map update.
I would suggest that you report this to our customer service and see what they have to advise. To me, it looks like this will go to the car dealer.
