Unable to sync / not able to upload activities — TomTom Community

Unable to sync / not able to upload activities

My Tom Tom Runner 2 watch has stopped syncing activities (was working fine before today).
On the iPhone, the Sports app just says 'Unable to sync'.
On my laptop (syncing via the cable), it says 'we'll try again in a bit'

Any ideas?

    Sounds like their servers may be down if both are failing. Give it a few hours or until tomorrow and see if it comes back up.

    i recorded another activity (5 secs or so) and re-ran sync. That works ok, but the previous activity (summary information exists on the phone) hasn't synced.

    Same problem again today. No activities are syncing at all. Not sure what to do now other than resetting the watch to factory defaults?
