TomTom Adventurer has stopped connecting to app

TomTom Adventurer watch has suddenly stopped connecting to the PC app today through usual wired connection. Battery still charges on watch. PC says connection not recognized. Please advise.

    I have the same problem since yesterday. I do not know if it is liked, but I had just before an Windows 10 upgrade on my computer.
    All the points listed above have been controled (except the test with another computer)
    Should we delete the tomtom sports application and reload it ?

    You can try reloading the app but it is likely because Windows changed something in the code that is now blocking it.

    Thanks for all the tips (including the obvious ones). I suspect it might be a program conflict - Windows or Anti-virus. Programs frequently decide not to play nicely with each other after updates.
