tomtom start 60 lifetime update problems

i have TomTom start 60. Device nr. WOxxxxxxxxxx72 i cannot update it, what is the problem. it should be lifetime update
please help

    What is the problem you are having when using the TT My Drive Connect software to update the unit?

    it says maps expired, so i am facing a problem to update maps
    Map Subscription expired

    Maybe @VikramK can look at the settings for your device on the TT servers and change if appropriate.

    Welcome to the community! The embedded services are not showing for lifetime :(
    If the device was purchased with lifetime maps please get in touch with our customer service. They might need some additional information before making changes to the embedded services.
