TomTom GO 6200 - Traffic not working

Hi, the Traffic services on my TomTomGO 6200 ZAxxxxxxxxxxx20 are not working.
The device has lifetime traffic but the device shows 'Traffic Service unavailable'.
I have tried resetting the device etc but it will not work. Can anyone help and get the traffic service working on my device again? Thanks

I have asked the team to fix the services for your TomTom, please do a soft reset and check again.
