Bluetooth connection android phone and headset on Rider 550

Is there an issue with bluetooth on the rider 550? For 2 weeks I have a new tomtom 550 but it connects with bluetooth whenever it likes to do. Mostly not when I want it to. Solution is switching it off and on as long as it takes to connect to mydrive and headset. It never happens like it used to with the rider 410 or 450. It's allway a struggle to get them connected, one or both. Does someone knows the solution to get it connected like it has to and how it's used to be with earlier models?

    Try clearing the hidden cache on your phone. This is a common issue especially with Huawai and Samsung phones.

    You can also use the old way of pairing with BT tethering. In this case don't use the MyDrive App and QR code while pairing.
