Renault R-link time setting

Hello, I am helping my parents with adjusting the time for their car, Clio 4 which has R-link TomTom Live. I don't think it's R-link 2. The summer time wasn't reflected so it was one hour behind. On the system setting, we can only change the 12h or 24h time format but setting the time is not valid. I reset to the factory setting but now it appears as --:-- instead of actual time. They haven't done any updates since they bought the car. Can anyone shed some light on this?
