    Am using Windows. And tried deleting folders there, too.

    Just a note I still have the same problem with Windows 10 and Chrome. It updates 5 times, but not thereafter unless I uninstall and re-install My Drive Connect. I note all of my posts are marked solved. The problem has never been solved. You'd think a problem with Windows, which your customer service person said was the problem, would be fixed by now. Windows is probably going to be around for awhile (sarcasm) so it might be wise to make this unit compatible. I've uploaded logs.
