How can maps be updated with these road closures in London? (official links in the msg)

There are a number of road closures and changes in London which are not reflected in the TomTom maps, even if most have been in place for more than a month.

How can we have the TomTom maps updated? Waze is up to date but TomTom isn't. I know there is a tool for officials to report these road closures, but is there anything we can do? I had a look at map share but I didn't find a way to report a road closure.

1) Road closures in Wandsworth:

2) Road closures in Hammersmith & Fulham:

1) are road closures for all - only bicycles can go through
2) are closures for non-residents: you can pass by only if you are a resident or a tradesman doing a job there, but you cannot pass through to go elsewhere. Not sure how this would even be reported in the TomTom software?

    Hi @uktomtommer

Advise them via Tomtom Mapshare Reporter

    Can you please clarify:
    1) How do I report a road closure? I could find how to report no left turn, no right turn, but not a road closure

    2) How do you report a road which is open to residents only, but not to people passing through to go elsewhere? Do you know how TomTom displays it?

    Hi @uktomtommer

I would click on the road concerned then Select "Other" then "Select a Type" then scroll to the bottom and select "Other" and input a description.

You can use the MSR tool and choose 'Traffic flow'. There you can report a temporary road closure.
