How do I renew my subscription?

looks like my subscription has run out, and when i press subscription in settings, nothing happens

    Are you 1.18.1? If so, it is not renewable and has been replaced by 2.?.? with a new subscription model.

    Hi @timmcm

    Welcome to the Community! I think you have the old GO Mobile App version 1.81 installed and as schneidernet mentioned above, we stopped the subscription on it. Please install the latest Go navigation app and it'll allow you to add the subscription on your account.
