after a long update the system refuses any screen touch

after a long update installation of last saturday evening throug wifi
the system presented an error already seen in the past
the touch screen was unable to respond
I did a RESET (pressing the only button present on the the system)
then I left the whole day iin charge and in the morning the touch screen seemed to work
I could change the map (strange it was set on the DE AU CH map even I live in IT)
then I could try to set an itinerary .... but the tounch screen was again not working
this morning after another day of working (I controlled on the black screen the battery was 100% ) I was again able to set the itinerary, but avter few touch the screen was again not working

It is strange ... the system is working, the directions it gave me along the itinerary wre correct, but the screen is not receivin input
even the bluetooth connection is not working

It seems that after several reset the screen is working only once and then goes to sleep

I hope there could be some HW reset or any turnaround in order to recover the system that I need very much
