GO 5000 live traffic not working

Hi
I have a GO 5000 and my live traffic is show “Service unavailable “. The subscription is lifetime hence it cannot be expired. I have reset my device and this is still not working? Not sure what else to do

    Welcome to the community!

    Could be related to a software glitch, I would recommend that you do a factory reset and test it when you drive next time.

    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.

    To avoid losing your stored favorites on the device you can create a back-up using MyDrive..
