I purchased a Live Services subscription on June 16, 2020, for a validity of 18 months (expires December 16, 2021). However, the service is suspended, in my TOMTOM Go Live 825, the subscription has expired.

    Hopefully @VikramK can pick this up on Monday and check the settings for your unit.

    In the meantime if you click on the following link and sign in then click on the Person Icon top right you can select Subscriptions and check what it says there.

    The LIVE services you purchased in June 2020 shows as cancelled on your account. Have you recently cancelled services on your account?

    If not, please get in touch with our customer service to sort our the subscriptions.
