Try doing a soft reset, if that doesn't help, do a factory reset which will delete all data so make sure to have a backup. Also try signing out and re-signin to your account in the RIDER itself, it may help.

New routes would not sync to my Rider410. I have reset the device, and places will sync but not my existing routes I've turned syn off and on on existing tracks to try and force it but it doesn't work0
