traffic not wrking

I have a tomtom 5200 and the traffic has stopped working. I have a lifetime subscription and it says the service is unavailable. Why is this happening?

    The subscriptions for your TomTom look okay on the account. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps advised on the below article-
    https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014530220

    Should that not help, please report the issue to our customer service team with the locations where the services have not worked and since when.
