Renewal with GO Navigation App

Hi
I recently bought a new license to TomTom Go. Was logged into my TomTom account and payed by Google.
It seems that the account I was logged into no longer can be used and I am now automatically logged in. I can not see which email account the TomTom is linked to.

Problem. I have lost all my favorites and history.

Anyone knows the reason not to log in anymore in the app?
Can it be resolved?

    I will try to explain more in detail what the problem is.

    Was logged into my TomTom app using email adress on my Android phone.
    Was asked to renew my subscription.
    Renewed and paid by Google. Google account - it is a gmail.
    After paying I cannot see which account I am using logging in to Tomtom on the phone.
    All history etc. has disapered.
    Logging into TomTom web and the original email, I can see that I don't have subsription

    Some link between Google and TomTom has disapered.

    If you bought subscription on app with version 2+, it is only tied to Playstores account so it doesn't matter what email you are using in TT My drive.

    If your favs were synced to your TT My drive in past just login with that email(TT account). There is no link between TT My drive account and Playstore's account whatsoever.

    Great - I activated MyDrive and now home etc. is ok.
    Now I understand the setup.
