Servers always BUSY MyDrive connect, tomtom

every time I receive the message that the servers are busy, not just 1 or 2 days but now for several weeks. Are there more people who suffer from this? The navy will be found and recognized by MyDrive.

    (1)... Disconnecting your device, restarting your PC & MyDrive Connect etc....

    (2)... Deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders....
