    This is a customer based forum where users help one another.

    You need to contact customer support regarding your issue.

    Tap Contact us under support at the bottom of this page
    Sign in then Tap Red Contact Us
    Type Help in box then hit return
    Help Box appears with a number of suggestions but just hit Contact Us at the bottom of it.
    Chat/Email box appears. Select the one you want. Chat is very busy o may need a number of tries to get connection. Chat only available during working hours.
