Hi,
my TomTom go 6000 shows the message
'Voice control cannot be used with your display language'
even though my chosen language is English
I have tried both UK and US
any ideas?

Hi @bemuzeduk
If you have selected English UK then you need to load either Serena or Malcolm as they are computerised voices which are what is required. If they are not available on your unit, make sure you scroll all the way up the list of voices as that is where they are often listed, then let us know and we can ask @VikramK to add the voices to your account.

Have you found the voices or do you need them to be added to your account.

You need the Serena voice if you are using English U.K. Hopefully @VikramK can add the voice to your account. Look back here Monday.

Activated the computer voice, Serena, for your TomTom. Please check for updates in MyDrive Connect.
