TOMTOM 6250 Professional no live traffic & speed cameras

Hi,

One of mine TOMTOM 6250 Professional no longer connects via its internal SIM for traffic and other on-line information.

I have tried the tips found here:

It still does not work even after the reset.

Can anyone give me some support?

    You haven't used your device for a period of time so TomTom disabled your SIM. Contact TomTom Support to reactivate it.

    Hi @xwintech, thanks for the answer. Support checked and confirmed the internal SIM is activated.

    Hi @xwintech

    @rphillip did not say that he had not used the unit for some time. I think you will find that the timescale involved after which Tomtom may deactivate a sim is following 3 years inactivity.
