Condensation inside unit
Unit was new with my bike 20 months ago.
From new it had a small amount of condensation inside, which only was a problem in bright sunlight.
I thought I could live with it, but it's really annoying.

You should contact TomTom Support for replacing the device but pretty sure it's no longer under warranty.
