The Lifetime Maps website has changed with TomTom. I can no longer update from MyDriveConnect. I have spent a second day removing and reinstalling MtDriveConnect, resetting password, etc, from
online chat advice. At this point, I would like a new device and new account. Where can I find out how to obtain this?

    Which Tomtom model is your current device ???
    If you're not sure of the Model Name, what are the 1st two characters of the serial number
