Mydrive connect does not appear correctly on the monitor

As you can see from the screenshot, My Drive Connect does not show correctly on my PC screen. It did this with a Windows 7 PC and it does it with this Windows 10 PC as well.

A bug. If it doesn't affect the functionality then, there is no need to worry. Also check the firewall, there maybe settings set that affect MyDrive Connect. Or slow internet connection.6

Welcome to the site....
What you are seeing are called 'Placeholders' they reserve a position/area on the screen, the placeholder text is replaced with the text/data/image that the Programmer actually wants to display on that area of the screen....

Thank you very much. No slow internet connection (FTTH), I do not know what to do regarding the firewall and / or the settings. But, since it doesn't give any problems, I'll stop worrying. Thank you again.0

Thank you very much. I was just wondering why placeholders were not being reproduced correctly. I asked TomTom support the question, and they told me it was a known bug. But there doesn't seem to be any intention to correct it. Thank you again.0
