Speed limit setting for motorway driving

I've asked for this before, and had it on another brand of satnav 15 yrs ago...
I generally stick to c 60mph on motorways, but TT destination arrival estimate assumes greater (70?), so is always a fair bit out on a longer drives inc motorway.
How diff would it be to enable a 'max m/way speed' setting to address this? Thanks.
