Deception buy device on web tomtom

I made a purchase through the TOMTOM website a few days ago and I did not receive the order. I contacted TOMTOM and after 4 days they still haven't given me a solution. I feel totally DECEIVED by TOMTOM. I have paid for a product that does not reach me and that is my work tool. Has it happened to someone on this forum?

    The delay in delivery has been reported to our Order Management team. I have sent a heads up to our customer service team. They will get back to you as soon as there is any update.

    That is the problem, that after 5 days, and 4 open incidents, there is no update. The work of the Order Management team is unfortunate.

    Really unfortunate. Now TOMTOM sends me a message that the order has already been sent. and UPS tells me: "UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number"

    Got an update from our Logistics Team, the device should be delivered today.

    Please get in touch with our customer service. The device will have to be booked for a repair.
