Go professiona 620 I want to use the voice control

Hi there, on my Go professiona 620, I want to use the voice control but it is written " voice control cannot be used with your display language".
Can you please help me with this issue?

    Hi @Laurent2410

    You also need a Computerised voice not a recorded voice for the relevant language. If you are using a compatible language then if you have not got the associated computerised voice then come back here and advise and we can ask one of the Mods to sort the voice out for you.

    hi Doug,
    I'm french and I use my professional 620 in english with Jane voice. I read I needed Serena and Malcom voices but I don't know how to get it.

    Hopefully @lampard will pick this up and add the voices to your account then you can download them to your unit which will need to be set to work in English (UK).
