Unable to connect to traffic date

I have a via 53 and iPhone 11. Which I can pair but the traffic data never works. All is up to date. I reset the via 53 which temporarily resolved the problem but it’s gone again. Very frustrating. Help please, it’s al OST impossible to get proper help from TomTom Uk

    Some problems with TomTom servers I think. You can do a factory reset to see if that helps.
