I have 3 updates but I can not down load them to my computer which I have done in the past.

Not very pleased with Tom Tom. I have tried for several weeks. All I receive from you is to get a discount on a new Tom Tom, which I will not do unless this madness is resolved. I have had my Start 25 for 6 years with no problems. DG.0

Yes, after '' down loading '' for about 3 minutes, I get ''servers busy''.0

In which case with that info I would suggest you try the suggestion in the following post
https://discussions.tomtom.com/en/discussion/comment/1701738/#Comment_1701738
If that does not work then Type Servers Busy in the search box at the top of this page then hit return. Look through the various other suggestions you will find there including reloading My Drive Connect and I am sure you will resolve the issue.
