How to get our TomTom units to recognize they are plugged into our laptop
Good evening, we have 2 TomTom units (Start 25 & TomTom Start 25) that I am trying to update the maps. I tired plugging both units into our 2 different laptops. Both units turn on and begin charging but don't recognize they are connected to our laptops (no computer icon on the TomTom). MyDrive Connect is installed, I logged into it and it has both units on our account. Our main laptop has Windows 10 Home and was last updated 7/26/2020 which is when I ran updates due based upon what I found as a potential connectivity issue. Any suggestions?
