GO 5200 - alerts don’t work anymore!

I have GO5200 world and regularly do updates.
Now NO ALERTS work at all anymore! Volume is op 90%, alerts are check marked on.
Flitsmeister alerts on A2 and A12 for cameras and traject control. My TomTom used to also do that but now not anymore for unknown reasons!
Who can help? What to do to resolve??

Yes, they both are; voice activation is off and nightlight is off too.0

Ok... Then you need to unselect the Voice instruction icon to turn it on....
