Hello, I bought traffic info services, I think I feel c
burn off what can i make it work?

Can the SIM card be activated? I want to use TOMTOM TRAFFIC EUROPE?

The SIM card is automatically deactivated after 3 years without use. This means that the device will not be able to connect to LIVE Services anymore if there has been no active subscription in the past 3 years.?

    Have you tried the troubleshooting steps advised in this article- https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014530220

    If already tried then please contact customer service. They should be able to review the current SIM status and advise what further steps should be taken.
