App doesn't start

Hello, I had to delete the app (version 1.18). After reinstalling it, it will not open anymore. It only shows the start screen "app loading" and that screen stays for hours till I close the app. Help me please. Deleting again, including emptying cache etc doesn't help.

If you have inserted a memory card in your Phone, so remove the memory card and then reinstall the App.
Hope that the App start then correctly.10
