Updating maps on SD card

I just purchased a map on your website to update the SD card of Renault Clio 3. The TomTom HOME App needs to be updated by the developer to work on my MacBook and when I downloaded The TomTom MyDrive Connect, it doesnt work with the SD card. I cant seem to reach anyone on the phone. How can I update the app I paid for ?
